SLPs register with their license and jurisdiction. Active status is checked before any patient is enrolled.

Invitation and consent
The clinician invites the patient or guardian. Consent is recorded and access can be revoked at any time.

Guided recording
Device and room guidance, calibration, and prompts, with a quality check and a retry when a sample is not usable.

Analysis and review
Versioned models produce measures with confidence and quality flags. The clinician reviews and can override.

Report and monitor
Results are saved to a traceable session record that builds into a longitudinal view of progress.
